# ArtVanta AI - Terms of Service

Welcome to ArtVanta AI ("the App", "we", "our", or "us").

By downloading or using this app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using ArtVanta AI.

## 1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ArtVanta AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

## 2. Description of Service

ArtVanta AI provides photo transformation, style effect, collage, and picture editing services.

Features may include anime portrait effects, art style effects, time-based photo effects, collage tools, picture editing, and creative filters.

We may add, modify, or remove features at any time.

## 3. User Content & Rights

By uploading photos or other content to ArtVanta AI, you confirm that:

- You own or have permission to use the content.

- You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process your images solely for providing the app's photo transformation, style effect, collage, and editing services.

- We do not claim ownership over your original images or generated results.

You are responsible for ensuring that the content you upload does not violate any laws or infringe on others' rights.

## 4. Privacy & Data

Your privacy is important to us.

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

We do not store or share your personal photos without your consent, except as needed to provide the app's features or as required by law.

## 5. Subscriptions & Payments

ArtVanta AI offers free access and optional auto-renewing premium subscriptions.

ArtVanta AI PRO subscription options:

- Weekly: $2.49

- Monthly: $7.99

- Yearly: $39.99

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings.

Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

No free trial is offered under the main subscription terms for this version.

## 6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use ArtVanta AI to:

- Upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on others' rights.

- Generate or share misleading, explicit, harmful, or unlawful material.

- Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or misuse our AI models, systems, or app.

Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

## 7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in ArtVanta AI, including AI models, algorithms, design, and trademarks, belong to us or our licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the app or its content without written permission.

## 8. Limitation of Liability

ArtVanta AI is provided "as is".

We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from your use of the app or its content.

## 9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

## 10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ArtVanta AI after changes means you accept the new Terms.
